Share Your World ~ Litebeing Style – Part 3

Welcome to Share Your World, Cee’s challenge that gives me a chance to combine whimsy and heart with some random questions. It is really fun, so you should visit Cee and check it out. Her incredible photography is reason enough. This is my 3rd 4th post in this series. Too bad I figured this out after I hit publish. You can keep this flub between us, right?

Here are this week’s questions:

basket

Name one thing not many people know about you.

I really like baskets and find novel ways to use them. Here are some examples; napkin holder, seashell display, CD box, hairbrush and accessories container. A few of the baskets are purple, my favorite color.  That is a fact most people do know about me.

If a distant uncle dies and you were always his favorite and leaves you $50,000 (any currency) in his will, what would you do?

Find the nearest airport and book a trip somewhere, anywhere. Bali, Tuscany, Casablanca, Chicago, Paris…. It is all good and so overdue.

Where do you hide junk when people come over?

I would hide stuff in closets and drawers. I would also throw some stuff out. I have been doing more of that lately. There is not that much junk around, but my place is smallish so it can feel cluttered.

Complete this sentence:  I want to learn more about …

YOU!

I really enjoy connecting with people and peppering them with the deep questions. I would have to attribute that to my moon in Gemini. I really am fascinated with so many things, but this is the first idea that popped into my head. So if you are game, why don’t you add a fun fact about yourself in the comments section?

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

Last Week~  I am so grateful that I caught my illness in time. While I am still integrating this experience into my psyche, I am vividly aware how lucky I was that my intuition kicked in. I never want to step foot in a hospital again.

This Week ~ Would you believe I have a job interview on Thursday? The call came this morning. I have been quietly applying to a few jobs, with little expectations. I am excited and a bit flustered. Please send me some positive energy as I am a little rusty. Although my health is not totally restored, this good news has definitely lifted my spirits.

Next Week ~  Getting off medication for starters, then who knows?

    1. I did make it, while suffering from severe pain. I sucked it up and went, as I did not want to cancel, never knowing if my health would improve or decline. I guess it was a test I devised. I appreciate the well wishes Aleya. I need all the support I can get right now 🙂

    1. Hi Theanne, thanks for your encouragement. The interview went so-so. I am glad I went, if even to get my feet wet again. Since then I received 2 other calls about possible interviews. Hope this is my season for abundance. My health is still iffy at best, but at least it appears the diverticulitis is under control.

  2. That was fun Linda. 😀 I too, wait…..don’t wanna surprise you, love boxes mostly, but any cool containers like baskets. But boxes, I am a nut. lol

Grateful. Wow, for everything, but mainly inspiration, and divine guidance. All of my college professors have been asking me if I was walking in graduation, which I said, no, I had decided not to, They all looked disappointed, and yesterday the staff at the Testing Center said they would be there to cheer for me, they were proud of me. Oh my, it was moving, so I am walking, and I am excited it will be a practice for my ASU graduation.

Also thankful for my family, friends, and boyfriend. Life is good. I do have a lump of coal in transmutation but it is going to be on heck of a diamond ❤

Thanks again for fun interactive post 😉

    1. I can also track my activity on Chrome, but wonder if Big Brother can do the same?
The interview was okay. I hope to have more chances to interview and get work if this one doesn’t pan out. Long story.
I like this type of challenge because it adds a new way to express one’s individuality.
I was just back in hospital Thursday night into Friday. New health questions. Feel like I am falling apart, but maybe it is simply re-organization.

      Have a great weekend,

      love, Linda

  4. I love baskets, too. And boxes. I have them all over our house! We have towels in baskets, soaps in baskets, flowers in baskets. I often serve food in baskets, too — like cornbread muffins.

I enjoyed your post. It is fun to connect with other bloggers.

    1. Hi Karin,
I don’t know how it went. I was feeling very ill and went anyway. Will likely write about it. Since that time, 2 other calls ( 3 in all) about possible interviews. I really hope they will translate into offers.
I want to see myself abundant and able to pay my bills with plenty left over for fun and travel 🙂

      hugs,
      Linda

  5. I love this post… It seems I have some catching up to do… Glad you are listening to yourself and having fun… and so pleased about the interview… if you truly want it it’s yours… For me I’m having fun giving myself/creating opportunities to express my passion & vision of the new earth we are all birthing from within… (Public speaking)… and setting up new talk groups for people to be able to talk more freely about mental health and ‘free their own mind & pain’. The fun part is observing myself actually doing what I have always feared… Yes I can do it. Love to you dear Linda x barbara x

    1. Hi Barbara,

Public speaking, oh my! One of my least favorite activities ( but I am improving at it.)
I currently live on a small income and receiving more money is important to me, as is serving my purpose in a more consistent fashion. The talk groups sound interesting.

      love,
      Linda
