Channeling Libra

Hi everyone out in cyberville! I am enjoying this Libra/Autumn time here in the Eastern US. I feel grateful for the chillier weather and clear blue skies. I do not take them for granted, especially now. Not a fan of the noisy pipes adjusting to the heating system, but it is all part of the transition. The environment is still rather summery with an occasional glowing falling leaf or two. That’s fine, I can wait for foliage to emerge.

I came by mostly to thank everyone who is rating my posts and to share another video. Many of you know that I don’t get my guidance in a very direct way most of the time. I have prayed for assistance and also consulted with teachers, helpers, etc for assistance. I heard something today by Lorie Ladd that I see as a potential breakthrough. The video I am sharing is a Q and A and she covers a variety of topics, but look out for the question she is asked about her spiritual journey. For me, this may be a game changer:

She also briefly mentions her channeling webinar this Saturday. Click here to learn more and register if led to take the class. I am thinking to taking it because I am curious and curiosity is very helpful on the spiritual journey, especially around manifestation.  I am still a fan of Matt Kahn and others and loved Matt’s latest book, but right now Lorie is my girl! I also find it interesting that Lorie is a fan of Matt and watches his videos. One more display of synchronicity.

Let me fill you in briefly about Libra energy; the goal is balance and harmony, but often we experience the opposite. Libra types often are out of balance and my express more aggression or passive aggression. This may seem confusing, but consider that the path to Venus ruled justice, love, equality, peace and harmony is a road, a journey. Something to chew on…. Cheers to you on this free flowing Libran Wednesday.

How Open is Your Mind?

As Uranus stations and prepares to move in retrograde motion tomorrow ( Eastern US time zone), I figure why not share some mind- blowing , paradigm shifting videos?

The first two are from Dr. Joe Dispenza who I have been following for many years. I even had the fortune to hear him speak live. These two short videos discuss the wonders of reprogramming our minds so that we can interact with the quantum field and get out of highly entrenched mental programming. I was so inspired that I did an exercise afterwards to elevate my mood and imagine my future has already arrived. Then I took out of one of Joe’s books to give another spin. I admit that I am not a fan of his writing style but perhaps with more focus and patience, I can glean some wisdom.

Here’s a challenge: There is a special synch for me at the end of Joe’s second video. Leave me a comment if you can guess what the synch is. My mind was BLOWN so much that I decided to give his work more of my attention.

The next video is long and complicated, but worth watching until 2am if you have a light schedule like I do these days. Tom Montalk does not have that much material online, but I was recently introduced to him and was enchanted with his take on synchronicity. Tom is skilled at sharing familiar and non familiar metaphysical material and breaking it down in a novel way.  After finishing this interview by Matthew Stephen I felt like I just completed a masterclass in socio-political-evolutionary studies. I want to preface this by saying that I do not agree with all that was said, but I listened intently and kept my mind open.Tom is a calm, confident, speaker who appears to have done his homework well. While much of this discussion was upsetting and depressing, it ends on a positive optimistic note. Otherwise I would not share it on my blog. There is too much gloom and doom already on the internet and my mission is to spread some light even when the sun appears to leave the sky.

Please let me know your thought on these videos. I deliberately shared few details so that you can have your own experience. I have many opinions about Toms’s interview but I will keep them stored away for another time.

One last thought ~ if ever there was a time to donate to my blog, this would be now. Like many in the US, my benefits were cut dramatically and I am still unemployed. If you are so inclined, check out the donate button on the right side of this page.

Wishing you a lovely weekend while you keep your mind alert and your heart wide open. Also be aware of possible surprising info about Gaia and and/or money during the next week or so.

Balti -More

Oh Baltimore,

How wonderful it is to know you always deliver, you always bring joy, excitement, love, and a sense of adventure. And then there’s the mystical essence you carry so well, with simplicity and confidence. Our reunion was a dream realized. It took a bit longer than my ego wanted, but it was really on Divine Time.

Baltimore and I go wayyyy back. My maternal grandmother was born in Brooklyn but her parents moved to Baltimore. She eventually returned to New York to live with a relative and met my grandfather, but many from her family remained in Maryland. While I only recall one visit to my great aunt’s home in Pikesville, my mother spent alot of time in the Baltimore area. I have taken a few trips there with friends but one trip was very unusual. In my twenties, I met a man at a party. While I have no idea how this was possible ( pre-computers) I interpreted his chart for him and we kept in touch. He invited me to visit him in Baltimore for a few days. I agreed to stay with a man I only met once. It was a spectacular time. We rode everywhere on his motorcycle, which I found both terrifying and exhilarating. We went to many local haunts and had dinner one night with his mom. I had a magical time and that memory still has sparkles!

I did not know if I would attend the NCGR Astrology conference until just a few weeks before as I waiting to see if I would get a scholarship. I did get one and then learned my supervisor was leaving his job and with him went his offer to cover my work for vacation.  I was so excited to go to my first out – of – town Astrology conference. The last one I attended was in 2013. Eventually, all was settled and Labor Day weekend 2019 was here!

Highlights:

Eating crabcakes three days in a row

Making new friends

Catching up with old friends

A lovely hotel with a stellar view of the Inner Harbor

Spending time back at the National Aquarium

Getting off one’s thought and time loop and allowing life to happen

Few plans and few expectations

The energy of the city, vibrant people, and glittering waves of good cheer

The event dovetailed with my Second Saturn Return. My first one was non-traditional in that nothing “expected ” happened. What did happen is I became a student of A Course in Miracles and my inner circle became inundated with other astrologers. I studied with a group and met many new people as a result. I attended my first astrology gathering at this time and some of those people are still in my life today. This second return echoed the first. While my astro community is wonderful in many ways, it is filled with spirits in form with various personalities and egos. While the conference had some conflicts and mishaps, the joy totally outweighed the negativity.

One conversation was particularly otherworldly: I was attending a lecture and someone in the audience said he had Pluto on the Ascendant. I ran into him the next evening, as if in a lucid dream I thought : Let’s walk up to him and see hat happens. So I did and very soon after two others came over. I did not know them but we had much in common. I began discussing the Presidential candidates and my fondness for Marianne Williamson. This is a topic I did not discuss in astrological gatherings. It turns out one of the people worked on her campaign!  I was told about this theory that Marianne was the reincarnation of Abigail Adams. My mind was blown! We discussed the Course in Miracles and the times to come. I mentioned my timidness around a famous astrologer and how much I enjoyed his 2020 lecture. He came to join our tiny group as he was friends with one of the people I just met. It turns out the famous astrologer knows Marianne very well. Other synchs starting happening in rapid succession. I was feeling such awe.

I will keep the rest of that conversation private but suffice it to say that much magick was evident in mysterious happenings in Charm City. I discovered that my Saturn in Capricorn in the 11th house opposing Mars ( conflict, men, action) and trining Pluto ( influence, rebirth, disintegration) brought my 11th house matters ( astrology, friends, hopes, wishes, dreams. clubs, groups) to light. It was so freeing to be away from home in a city that is so vibrant and friendly. I realize that it is the blending of my energies with this location, as not everyone shares my experience. Baltimore is ordinary in many ways but shimmers for those who notice.

Looking back almost one year later, I am so glad I made this trip happen. Money was tight and getting time off was difficult, but my soul needed to immerse itself with my soul group and roam around untethered. Some of the predictions made at the conference about 2020 did come to pass, but not in the way I expected. And I can live with that as I would not change a thing. Ripples continue and mysteries abound…

Being Here

Hi litebeings, as we edge closer to Mercury stationing direct, I am aware of a promise I made to myself and my readers. I promised to complete and publish a post sitting in storage. Most of these are more ideas than copy, but they set the stage for article creation.

I am still working on a post about my trip to Baltimore. It is not ready yet but I hope to have it done before Sunday morning when Mercury does its thing. Can I use 2 power outages in one week as an excuse for not delivering sooner? Probably not.

I am not judging, just nudging! I realize that I prefer to be more gentle with myself and recognize that my time is rarely in synch with my Higher Self’s timeline. Stuff happens and my job as a sentient being is to relax into life with acceptance and ease. I spent some time during the power outage drawing a mandala and enjoyed my ability to focus. I also enjoyed these surprise visitors to my neck of the woods.

It is not easy to see but there are two deer, easily camouflaged by nature’s cover. My daily living is like this, with guidance speeding up, but remaining quite subtle. I am writing this today mostly to say I am working with the current energies, appreciating that I thrive as I truly allow myself to let go of wants and needs and listen to that still small voice. Meditation is growing on me and I can once again understand why so many sing its praises. Being one with the breath while inhabiting the body is a privilege.

While it can be fun to have less restrictions and a myriad of choices, I am working with what is presented. There is still free will to be had. That’s a topic for another time. Yet, I will share with you a quote from the show Westworld that I really like:

Free will does exist. It’s just fuckin’ hard!

I think it is a good time to throw in some questions for you my lovely readers:

What have you learned about your ” self ” lately?

Are you embracing simplicity?

What are you reading?

How are you playing?

PS: I did not save my work again and it was not pretty so listen to my advice especially while Mercury is wonky.

My heart sings when I receive a donation for my blog. It lets me know you see me, in this time of wobbly reality and no financial certainty.

Namaste

All is Well , Even Amidst the Darkest Night

So sad to report that Bernie Sanders is dropping out of the 2020 race today ( 4-8-20 with void of course Moon in Libra).

This post is a tribute to you, a truly authentic and moral warrior of the light, leadership to be emulated in these times where leaders are rare and needed more than ever!

I feel compelled to post something this morning and I searched for something uplifting and energizing.  This is what I found.  Please take the time to read through carefully. I love you.

peace to you, namaste, litebeing

Greetings everyone! As the sun is still a few minutes shy of reaching my Ascendant, I am milking this 12th house energy for all its worth. I did feel the Imbolc Candlemas surge once the calendar moved into February, but recent health issues has challenged my productivity. This is partially why I have not published any new material in a while. Check out Jamie’s fabulous Imbolc post to learn more about this Winter to Spring sacred time.

Welcome to all new followers and readers! I am so delighted to have so many new people visit me here at litebeing chronicles. Please feel free to comment, even if just to say hello. I want you to know that I am thrilled whenever someone takes the time to read about my journey. Thank you for your interest in my life.

I have so much going on, which sometimes leaves me undecided as to where to place my focus. This can happen when there is so much movement internally and externally. Fortunately I have decided to share my enchantment with the US Democrat Presidential primaries.

What??? Politics?? What does this have to do with spiritual awakening?

I asked myself the same questions. Here’s the thing: In my life, I allow myself to follow my attractions. If I am drawn to something, I will give it my time and energy and see where it leads me. I rarely write about politics, but find that astrology does a great job of describing how planetary themes get played out on the world stage. While this is not an astrology article per se, I want to acknowledge that the Pluto in Capricorn square Uranus in Aries cycle we have been living since 2012 has been dramatically triggering global chaos and crisis. Crisis, please remember, is another word for opportunity.

I am an avid political fan and use astrology and intuition  to engage with the process. Some people enjoy football, I prefer election races! I do not like to use my politics to influence others, which is why I limit any commentary on the blog.

However, I witnessed something a few days ago that really moved me emotionally. My intense reaction strongly compels me to share it with my readers. Let me explain: I have been really struggling about who to vote for in the primaries. I would love to see a woman President and do respect Hillary Clinton. She has spent her life serving others and remaining in her husband’s shadow for many years. She exemplifies Scorpio resilience and passion.

But then came Bernie….

I remember Bernie Sanders when the US Senate was struggling to gain a Democratic Majority. Sanders, who was an Independent at the time, decided to caucus with the Democrats and helped them gain a slight majority. Looking back, it did very little to address congressional gridlock, but this event gave me the chance to learn a bit about this longtime Independent Socialist from Vermont.

At a New Hampshire Town Hall meeting, the subject of spirituality was raised. Bernie, a non-practicing Jew, was asked about his beliefs. This was his response:

” It’s a guiding principle in my life, absolutely, it is,” Sanders began. He explained that everyone practices their faith differently and acknowledged that he wouldn’t be running if he didn’t have a strong religious and spiritual understanding, then continued.

” I believe that, as a human being, the pain that one person feels, if we have children who are hungry in America, if we have elderly people who can’t afford their prescription drugs, you know what, that impacts you, that impacts me,” the senator said. “And I worry very much about a society where some people spiritually say, it doesn’t matter to me, I got it, I don’t care about other people. So my spirituality is that we are all in this together and that when children go hungry, when veterans sleep out on the street, it impacts me. That’s my very strong spiritual feeling.”

My heart began to beat faster and tears streamed down my cheeks. This man is expressing the tenets of unity consciousness. Not only does he stand for integrity, he practices empathy. This is huge. This message is divinely inspired. My mind was officially blown. I urge that those interested find a video transcript because watching the discussion gives it more weight. The reason I strongly resonate with this response is because I believe that he is simply a vehicle of the collective; an instrument of the people. This is where revolution can lead to evolution. If you examine both words, it is simple to conclude that revolution is a reenactment of evolution. When we take steps towards extraordinary social change, we are growing, developing, maturing. This is the genius of Pluto square Uranus.

Photo1097

I am not advocating for a particular candidate. I am merely sharing my reactions to a moment in time. What matters more than an election is how the personal influences the political. This is why I am proud to call myself a Social Worker. I learned from my Social Welfare Policy Instructor how society is shaped by our beliefs. This principle is quite powerful and can be seamlessly applied to the spiritual path.

Just a little something to chew on a sunny and snowy February day in 2016.

Spin the wheel of time – Update

I just completed a 4-4-2020 meditation with one of my Facebook groups, where we envisioned a new timeline in 5D. This post came to me during meditation.

love to all, litebeing

litebeing chronicles

I have added an update at the end of this post. Scroll down to the end or re-read my tale and you will find where the wheel of time landed:

WordPress really motivated me this week,  first with this weekly challenge and then a few days later with the daily prompt. Well I guess it is about time! Now how do you like that for irony? Anyone who knows my writing is aware that like most astrologers , I am obsessed with time and cycles.  So it has been a real treat to focus on one of my favorite obsessions.

With this challenge we are invited to enter a time machine and go wherever we like. Now we are talking ! So this is what I am going to do. I will let you eavesdrop on a conversation and show you some pictures of my destination and time period…

Better Things

Before composing this post I took a shower, needing to wash off all the negativity residue.

I began to ponder what I actually believe about the planet today :

” I tend to be paranoid as a Scorpio but used to be skeptical of conspiracy theories and the theorists themselves. Yet, look at the world especially since 9/11. Hey, what about before I was born like the Holocaust and all the World Wars and so on. We really have not evolved much, or is it all simulated?”

Then my thoughts drifted here :

” Matt Kahn spoke so brilliantly about why some people don’t hear their guides. I remember a workshop I took where I set aside shower time as a safe space for Spirit to be with me so be quiet and listen. ”

Then this line from a song kept repeating in my head. I could hear part of the melody but only made out one line – Here’s wishing you the bluest sky. ” I asked myself to remember this line so I could Google it later, hoping it was a message.

Here’s the song that came to me:

I ‘m crying as a write these words, amazed by the blessings of my guidance and so strongly in need of joyful music. I don’t know how these songs pop in my head, but I know the quantum field is involved. Matt Kahn in his latest video Facing Uncertainty made some points that seemed both personal and universal. His take on what thoughts are and how bad thinking does not create one’s reality was revelatory. He described undesireable manifestation as aligning with a negative narrative, rather than thinking negative thoughts alone. He also spoke about why some people don’t hear their guidance team and what it may mean. Watch the video to get the complete picture. What I will reveal here is that he strongly encourages people on the awakening path to not expect guides to rescue them from unpleasant circumstances and events, but rather be with them while they live their experiences that are meant for them to live through.

I am just another soul trying to live my purpose and shine some light. I don’t know nearly as much as I thought I did and probably more than I realize at certain moments. However, I want to align myself with the narrative that all is really well, even in the face of seemingly Armageddon-like global catastrophes.

I’ll leave you with these final few words ~ Accept your life and what it brings. I hope tomorrow you’ll find better things.

Staycation is in Session

free domain

I needed a staycation and I landed one – four days off in a row. That might not seem like a long time to you, and it isn’t, but I am grateful and it ain’t over yet!

I chose a time with Mercury stationing, Daylight Savings Time ( in the US ) and the full moon in Virgo. This was not really intentional, more a matter of practicality. My work schedule is changing and I will have to work at least a few hours Monday through Friday. So I wanted to celebrate my love affair with having Mondays off one last time by adding last Friday to the mix. The weather was great most of the time and I really made the most of this staycay.

Friday I enter Spring in  Paris, via a crepefest at Paris Bistro. The service was crappy ( rather than crepey) , but the ambiance is wonderful and my entree was great. Doesn’t this Coq Au Vin crepe look scrumptious?

I have adored crepes since I discovered The Magic Pan back as a youth. I still recall the salad with mandarin oranges and almonds and the crepe with chicken and broccoli. This place made me feel sophisticated and worldly, as any 9th house child would desire.

This fancy French lunch set the stage for a long weekend filled with both inner and outer exploration. So what’s next?

Behold the splendor of South Street’s Magic Garden. This truly magical place is mystically linked with my Sunday exploration. The mystical mystery continues …

As is often the case, I find excellent tv shows, movies, books, etc without any known effort. I search or scroll or stroll somewhere and land on hidden gems. Such was the case with Dispatches from Elsewhere, a limited series starring Jason Seigel and Sally Field. It is about ordinary lost souls finding themselves involved in a mysterious game that has serious implications. When I heard that the executive producer also was involved with Wayward Pines, I was very excited. Then I learned it was filmed exclusively in Philly, showcasing our outdoor art scene, I was hooked. Watching the show so far has my thinking more about the deep state versus ascension. It also created a longing to spend some time in Olde City. I had already decided I wanted to visit a museum, but I did not realize it would be The Museum of the American Revolution.  Getting a free admission pass sealed the deal.

Before we get ahead of ourselves, I want to mention that a lovely Indian lunch was had at Karma. Yes, the place is called Karma. I was going to get the buffet, but I arrived near the end of lunchtime and I was feeling Corona Virus weary so I ate off the menu. I had an interesting Chicken Xacuti dish, flavored with coconut milk and tamarind, tempered with a refreshing Mango lassi.

Little did I know that Karma played a role in my museum visit, ha! While I enjoyed the films and exhibits greatly, the highlight was all the synchs between the Revolutionary War and today. Parallel timelines perhaps? Thomas Paine was very enamored with the number 45. That has me thinking about the current US President,  45. Then while I was learning more about the role of Abigail Adams, I remembered a fascinating conversation I had last summer about the link between her and Marianne Williamson.

Marianne led me back to Bernie Sanders and his revolution. The main theme of the Museum is ” What is a revolution and is the world still having one? ” This is a greatly profound theme for a museum. Bernie and Marianne go way back and I will admit I am in awe of both of them. Some other important findings were one origin of the word cabal, the realization that the war could not have ended successfully without Native Americans ( and the French). I walked away invigorated by the early Spring weather and the understanding that my adopted hometown is truly magical.

This image above of the interlocking circles of the 13 colonies was prominent throughout the museum. It made a great impression on me as I consider the spiritual overtones of the Founding Fathers ( and Mothers). Yes, they were imperfect but prescient.

Speaking of imperfect, I also binge-watched the new Hulu Documentary Hillary. I find the Clintons fascinating and really loved this new feature. It covers a lot of ground and showed Hillary unmasked, or at least partially vulnerable. I see plenty of her in my personality and attitude, except for the phoniness and ability to stay married to her serial womanizing husband. I appreciated it when she gave an honest assessment of herself. I also am blunt and outspoken and passionate ( and a Scorpio woman ). I know how my communication style can be divisive in the workplace. See the film and decide for yourself.

wp-1584113640799.jpg

I gotta go so I can watch the latest Dispatches episode, but I leave you with a photo taken recently in my backyard. Yup, Spring is approaching, but the living ain’t easy! Yes, that is from the song Summertime, but you get the idea. While I don’t want my Staycation to end, it was marvelous. Travel, food, history, spiritual truths, synchronicity and political intrigue work really well together.

It will have to do until the weekend comes.

Why Do We Die?

Last night I discovered that a favorite rehab patient died at the age of 25. While I don’t know the details, I am assuming heroin and/or suicide were involved. He was addicted to heroin and cocaine, in addition to other substances and had many deep wounds. He was quite multi-talented and was sweet. He was also bright as a whip and quite charming. I could go on about him, but it is not necessary.

After a night of restless sleep I login to Facebook and find a video from a dear friend. She did not know about this  development. It is incredible, so please watch now with an open heart.
