Today’s entry is an impulsive / intuitive mish – mash of painting and photography. With this moon in Pisces, I am surprisingly chill. So why not go with the flow?

I have not shared any Art is My Medicine posts is awhile and was partly inspired by a blog that featured the work of Hilma af Klimt. She is new to me and I wanted to learn more. Hilma was a 19th century Swedish artist and mystic. Her works are spiritual in nature and she followed Theosophy. How did she elude me until now? Well apparently other noteworthy things elude me. For example, I have a lovely tree outside my bedroom near the Hydrangea bush. I have lived here over 20 years and was aware of the tree. What I think I have missed is the beautiful spring blossoms currently on display. Is it possible I have missed them all these years or is my memory off? Not sure, but I took a few photos for posterity.

I have missed many Spring happenings this year but am so glad I discovered this right under my nose. Now for some Klint:
