I discuss what I want to bring in for the year ahead. I say that I want vitality and to come alive. I also say I could need some help. I certainly did get some unexpected help! All I can say is be careful what you wish for. I do not regret my awakening but I question the methodology. Did I really need a Kundalini activation? I will have to get back to you.
