I was too tired to post yesterday in time for the Solstice, but I am making up for it now. I relish extended evening light, plush greenery, and warm breezes. And yet, the Sun is always shining, it doesn’t go away. This Summer/ Winter Solstice points, like all Earthly seasons, are both real and illusory.

Questions often come to mind such as ” Who am I really? ” ” Which desires stem from personality and which stem from the soul? ” ” If we are existing within a multiverse, are there parallel time lines for each choice point ever made? ” ” What is the true nature of reality? ”  I could continue, but you get the idea. Recent views of Delores Cannon YouTube videos peaked my curiosity about the nature of the soul and how multiple timelines operate. While I get that my human brain is not able to process and integrate most of this information, I still wonder.

Time and space are so important in astrology, but they are constructs. I would like to believe that astrology works because the information is universal and transcends the 3rd dimension. Or perhaps it works because most of us reside within the matrix of time and space, or maybe both are true! Life can lack its luster when the dust settles and it becomes obvious that so much is hidden from us. So I take comfort that I signed up to be here, even if all people in all timelines believe they are living in extraordinary times. Since time is non-linear, 2022 is eternal, forever “in effect.”   I could  also make the case that simply existing at all is extraordinary.

What do you believe?

What I attempt to do in my life is blend service with joy, and take in all the wonder and delight in each  moment. It is all precious and seems to speed by so quickly. As they say in game of Thrones,  ” Winter is coming!”  It is all here, all the time, in forever now. We are fortunate to be able to enter other dimensions and states of being where we can access other “realities.”

The Grand Illusion album came out in 1977 and much of it still holds up well today. I find it interesting that much of the rock music of the 60s and 70s was mystical in nature and revealed universal truths/ideas.  According to Wikipedia, In Greek mythology, Styx is a deity and a river that forms the boundary between Earth (Gaia) and the Underworld. I would imagine the band set intentions to write and perform songs that alluded to transcendence of the material plane.  Wherever you reside, enjoy the dark and light,  cold and hot,  day and night, sweet and sour, left and right, fast and slow, old and new….

  1. Beautiful flowers Linda, are these in your garden?
I loved Delores Cannon and her Three Waves of Light Beings she often spoke upon.. And yes, this is a grand Illusion, and we all of us who are here in the now volunteered to be here at this great time of change.
Not heard the piece of music you shared before…. 🙂 There always has to be contrast … as we find our way to our own centres of balance..
    Lovely post Linda…
Sending hugs and love across the ocean. ❤

Thanks Sue for commenting here. I so enjoy having you back, sharing wisdom and being part of the conversation. I do not have a garden but I take photos often on my street and the adjacent block. Many of my neighbors do garden so many of the blooms are on the property where I live. I am revisiting Delores Cannon on YouTube and with my copy of the 3 Waves Book. I wish I had known of her when she was alive, and yet, her info is very relevant today.

      much love ❤ Linda

      1. Hi Linda yes Delores is an old friend on my book shelves and she was a pioneer in her field.

I’m pleased you can at least admire other gardens Linda, I know how much you enjoy nature in gardens and paintings.
Have a perfect week. 💕 much love ❤
