While scrolling through my media files, I realized that I had not shared many of my pictures taken last Christmas at Longwood. I have not been back since, letting my membership lapse because of the pandemic. I do plan to return sometime, sooner rather than later. In the meantime let me show some of these images now so they can be enjoyed by you!

I would suggest listening to this music box while you scroll or stroll down memory lane circa Christmas 2019:

I was lucky enough to have an incredible “home like” holiday meal on the way to the Gardens. The lines were long at Hank’s Place but the food is amazing. The roast turkey platter taste’s just like moms ( or better!) If you are local, please support this small business. I can vouch for their greek specialties and omelettes as well.

To quote Joni Mitchell ” Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know what you’ve got till its gone? ” I could really use a trip to Longwood now. Yes, they are open but with heavy restrictions. Sometimes it is best to wait until the time is right and it is not right for me yet.  At least I have plenty of fond memories and hundreds of images at my disposal.

What memories do you hold dear from this time last year?
