I just finished viewing the latest Matt Kahn video and I cannot wait to share it with you.

If you only watch 1 video of any kind, watch this one!

This is the absolute best way to supercharge the new year. The lessons here are pure genius. I have been aggressively asking my guides to assist me with my next steps and I got my answers and then some.  Thank you!

How does he do it? It doesn’t matter, but I just had to ask. It felt as if he was addressing me directly, but maybe thousands of folks spend too much time on their couches. The title is Energy Upgrade. This tells you nothing and everything about what you will encounter here. How does he use material from Seinfeld to illustrate cosmic magnificence? Brilliantly. I want to say more, but that would spoil the fun. We can discuss later.

You will have to tune in to find out.

Thanks for sharing this. I am glad to hear that you found this and it resonates with you. And I am glad to hear that you asked your guides and got some answers!
I watched the video for almost an hour, but not completely. There is something important to this idea of breaking habits just for the sake of getting us out of our groove. I am reminded of the first ACIM lessons which say that nothing which we look at means anything. These lessons are also meant to unsettle us from our usual way of looking at things.
I have never tried this changing habits just for the sake of changing habits. When I did change habits, it was always either because I really felt like doing something different or because I was forced to do so by circumstances or guidance.
One bold move a day – well, I don’t do that. But I have found recently that bold moves are reatly encouraged by the universe. Sometimes I get a little ‘thank you note’ by my guides after writing a post. And this is usually after writing fearlessly. So, bold moves are definitely encouraged.
    Hugs,
    Karin

You are welcome. Honestly I had to share it even if just for my own reference. It was that powerful for me. I have been feeling ill and sleepy recently so doing the bold choices has been less bold. But I am looking for subtle changes and Matt endorses that. Finish viewing when time permits. I think you’ll be glad you did! The Seinfeld clip on youtube illustrates this theme. The episode is called the opposite. I don’t watch Seinfeld but I am recording this episode that is due to be on tv this week. I am fascinated how pop culture reveals wisdom, maybe even despite its intentions. 😉 hugs back ❤

      Hi Mary,
Thanks for watching the video. I have not been this excited about a teaching in a long time. I was checking the listings for the episode. Maybe its on YouTube? Some of my readers know that Jerry Seinfeld was my usher when I was a bridesmaid at my cousin’s wedding. So anything Seinfeld makes me laugh 🙂
I so appreciate your support of my journey Mary. Have a great weekend.

      Moving forward, Linda

Hi Sue, I am pleased you took the time to watch this video. It is quite long, but honestly, just what I needed and more. I think of an oscillating fan, rotating and spreading goodness out onto the Universe as we move ahead and change things up. xx Linda
